This is absolutely false. The most recent financials include any sales (or lack thereof) for Data443. It is even entitled "LANDSTAR, INC. AND SUBSIDIARIES" Furthermore the Notes state "The accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Landstar, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. and an entity under common control, Myriad Software Productions, LLC (together, the “Company”)."

So no, Data443 did not have millions in sales. As of September 30,2018, they had no sales.

Technicalities aside you paint a bright future for LDSR. The cynic in me disagrees 100% when I look at the finer details. The best thing I can say is Classidocs seems to have gone through its paces and verification in being a truly useful software product.

That's a crock.

There's no such thing as private subsidiaries of public companies that escape financial reporting. Know why? Because the company is accountable to its shareholders and must give an accurate picture of its financial performance. Really stunned to see an alleged shareholder rationalize that the company is somehow hiding the really good news from them.

In LDSR's quarterly, it reported the performance of the entire company including all subsidiaries. It says so right in the thing. Do you think they lied? Are you OK with them telling you lies on an official report?
