All of the current chairmen in committees that can push forward an MJ bill, The current Speaker, The Majority Whip and Majority leader are all against legalization.
The only way to get rid of their ability to stop any MJ bills is to flip the house by a wide margin.
Mitch wants hemp but not Marijuana so if the Senate also flipped it would be a sure thing and 2019 would be profitable for all investors. If the GOP keeps the house, I will probably start flipping the stock or look for a better place for my money until sanity returns. Until then we are going to go up with news and flip down after the news because NOTHING HAS REALLY CHANGED except more unprofitable (for now) growth.
November elections until Jan 2019 will be an opportunity to buy if the house is flipped and a time to either start flipping of leave for a better reentry if it remains GOP.
