I currently use Kraken and I'm in the US. Just to note to others, you must get Tier 3 to really use it and view the method of transfer for each coin. If you use USD you must wire from your bank to the address provided by Kraken. Once the funds enter the Kraken account there is a $5.00 fee that will be deducted once the transfer is successful.
