Hello Sam: If it is true that "the company" is buying back their own shares", then a friend of mine who works with me at an ALBERTSONS FOODS store, who knows how to trade pretty well & safely, that "THAT IS A VERY POSITIVE & GOOD SIGN" if any or several of it's personnel &/or executives are buying their own stock back.
So go IMTV! JUST AS HIGH AS YOU CAN! And just as well if you NEVER do a reverse split! For you most certainly will not prosper if you ever do one, IMHO!
