my biggest issue is the dilution, I'm not sure how easy it is to issue more shares where they are located but last I new float was about 82 million with the max shares of 100 million

Finally received a response from IR:

"PACV is hard working on closing the previously announced acquisition.
Hope to have some more news by mid-November."
