Ok thnx Mike, so Boyd's finally started exiting his position as I suspected he would...but the part I don't understand is why did IPCI say that Boyd was gonna be 1 of the participants in this weeks $14M offering?

Is that in regards to buying warrants only? It's all over my head at this point and I certainly don't expect much clarity from IPCI on anything.
