Tesl@ wanted to go private for the same reasons as what happened to HPIL this morning.
Shenanigans happen with all stocks at all levels.
HPIL is a monster runner. It has moved on thin air and will again. 004 to 005 is Supply and a PR with real substance will be the catalyst to blow the PPS to copper.
