Thank you. I did see the dilution due to the debt settlement via a filed 3a10. As far as I can tell it was the purchase of a company about 3 years ago. Usually when I see a 3a10 I run but this Looks legit. I saw the press releases, Social media posts and website with new products coming out. Looks like a serious opportunity. Hopefully I am not missing anything
