I was reading this and saw the .025 pps target and thougght to myself um nooo. No sooner did I see that I also saw the correction that was filed just after. How does someone screw something up SOOO BAD?!? I mean the one typo in the whole damn thing was the price?!? Seems proofreading is a thing of the past, because spell check don't do numbers.
