Sounds like a little troubleshooting has been ongoing. I suspect mostly resolved and ready to move forward now that they locked up shares and made this announcement..
I wondered this after Mynaric signed with Leti and was incorporating the advanced tech into their laser terminals... Mynaric is delivering on serial production of ground stations soon...
I would expect much more PR to flow now as this announcement would not have came as such unless resolutions were in place and ready for next steps. Notice the thanks and appreciation to key players for efforts which a thanks as such is typical when you are 95% done..
