I am not aware that audited is required for OTC pink stocks like ONCI. In addition, this is information listed in the public domain and investing is a choice people make. If people don’t like companies with unaudited financials, they don’t have to invest in them. This is not like a secret.
We have attorney letters. Finding an audited pink company is rare. You need an audit to uplift. You do not need one to operate here. The audit will come.
