The mention of Dentsply was done after my claims their JDA partner was Zimmer. There Has been no signed JDA with Dentsply announced and no JDA in 2017 according to 10k. Just that JDA that appeared out of nowhere on the 2016 10k because of course there was no announcement.

We have entered into a joint development agreement with a dental implant design company and distributor of dental technologies for the development of a silicon nitride based dental implant system and devices.
