No they bought a formula for a cash price. One that already had gone through all the expensive R&D that doesnt have to be redone. This will be rebranded and redistributed. There is a complete break from the old company. To snag this at 60k is a steal and all the continued BS to inject other things in this conversation is getting old. Everett is being extremely smart and transparent with getting this company up. He is building a business in an extremely frugal manner and didnt drag the shareholders through the mud to do it. This is strictly a formula play and very cheap. A complete win for all shareholders given it can be rebranded and put on shelves very quickly with time to work through the CBD regulation with everyone else. Keep flipping and making your money... I am predicting this is one many will wish they held when its all said and done.
