Not calling you a liar - I believe you're email is authentic and genuine, but forgive me for being weary any case in a previous post...
I emailed them too and did not net the same response, my respondent was unsure of anything - which also doesn't invalidate anything either...
Emails can easily be falsified, especially when just copy pasted... So they have to be taken with a grain of salt... But the signature of the response to your email you posted and everything does add up, my email had a very similar signature... Again though, not hard to alter the statement contents otherwise, but I trust the product is in the works with Home Depot... They have their products listed on Target and Walmart's websites, why lie about Home Depot...
So in short I trust your email is true, it is just the OTC and people do shady things at this level... So you have to be guarded!
