class action suits will continue. I wonder if the management will own the problem and how so? Saying I am sorry when people are looking at losses does not cut it. I hope they give up, or pay back, bonuses and options. Will not happen is this greedy society. I do not believe the problems were deliberate. I think the complexity of the systems make them harder to monitor. Just guesses.
About the business. The worst thing that could happen is customers start looking elsewhere? The company is going to have to do some serious hand holding and ass kissing. Things get forgotten quickly.
