i get a knot in my stomach wondering how far back the problem is going to reach? The inability to wrap it up and release the results leads me to believe that the management lacked the understanding of their own internal systems. Its sad but it seems to me that management gets complacent as long as the revenues looks good, bonuses and stock options keep coming. People want to see results regardless.
