War, $NOUV getting current sounds great, until you read between the lines, read my post #24339. I NEVER bash a position. I'm that crazy fool that's always looking to see the bird fly. But facts are facts.
Your research is spot on in my opinion and here are a few opinions of mine.
The farm we see in those picture first of all doesn't conform to the legal requirements of set back and protection from unwanted visitor for MJ production. Second knowing the aggro-business well those greenhouses are going to need near 50k each just to re-shade and that not counting for structural damage needing repairs and refit to irrigation systems assuming all pipes and well systems are in working order, site unseen. And fences with few blocking is going to be pricey to say the least if that will even fit into the legalities of MJ growing for Texas. Without seeing the site and doing a full Means estimate my guess from those pictures at least $2 million to get her ready for MJ production. Where would those moneys come from? Not the current financials for $PURA. Have they posted any plans that include bringing the farm to production ready state? What about Texas license for MJ production? WHAT ABOUT just the simple stock restructure and distribution plan for PURA/NOUV they keep saying ready ready ready oh we are working on that.
WarMachine, I know you do great DD, but forget to mention the beans that can come from an OTC-pinky. Having said that, $NOUV's management post, prior, current, and everywhere in between. Now seeing their games in other OTC-pinkies.
They have lost my faith for now.
