It is business .TXTM is trying to acquire license.It is not in their hand.It is govt and they issue the license.They tried in 2017 and as per you they did not get and i know they did not get because that time canna bill was in parliament and it was in the initial stage but now it is 2018 and that bill has matured and govt is ready to issue the licenses.You are proving wrong information and blaming company which is wrong.It is govt that delayed .I hope it clarifies .
