BTD by Nov 20th. But I assume we know soon...hoping prior to Nov. I also think the term sheet BP will make it official soon. Or Leo moves on to next bidder. We will get the full scooop on what has transpired over the past 2 years upon the filing. You all will see that there have been a half dozen or more deal talks and this final one is highest bidder and best match in regards to investment and IBD imo.
