Correct. Unless I missed it I've not seen a R/S announced for sister scams PRPM or SUTI.... only TDEY. IMO Eddie was installed Eddie as front man of all these tickers by their owners.. all of whom passed through Marc Jablon's Big Apple Consulting pump-and-dump meat grinder. The SEC lowered the boom on those crooks. However, TDEY's previous lawyer --Jonathan Leinwand-- has re-emerged as the new co-owner of Eddie and Reverend Clark "Pass the Plate" Ortiz's failed TDEY. Leinwand's planned 1-for-50,000 R/S will both wipe out and effectively rid that sister ticker of all current shareholders. Considering the common histories of these scams it's not inconceivable that the real puppet masters will do something similar to all tickers infected with the stench of little Eddie Vakser.
