It's pretty simple.

As Ironguts has pointed out, there is no definitive answers or actions for the Bizrite deal. That creates more uncertainty than many people like.

There is the uncertainty of their Financials, which have for a long while been late. While technically not late now.... we're not exactly 'on-time' either.

We also won't know if the Financials will reflect the $30M a year. Yes they keep pushing that information in the PRs, but we wont know for sure until we see the 10K.

Also, most of us here who have been here for a long while have quite a bit invested and know how SGMD works, so we do trade it.

Finalize Bizite and Sky Unlimited, release Financials that reflect $30M and we will take off.
