Aside from the fact that ADHC could never afford the acquisition, they have nothing to offer any Canadian Cannabis farmer. The only thing relevant to the industry now, is getting the provincial and municipal clearance to access shelf space in the brick and mortar retail locations that will be opening in the future. That is where the winners and losers will be decided. Most of the small startups on the TSXV and CSE will not survive.
