agreed about in time this being taken over by bigger fish. I was unclear about how they are stating shares being offered for MPX international will be handled. We'll get a 30% pop over yesterday's closing price on mpxef, based on the share conversion to Ianthus, and we get "100% of MPX International" once that is set up and listed on the CSE. So is that a 1 for 1 in terms of shares for MPX International?

Great news all around, Ianthus is doing a major move here and setting themselves up to be one of the key players in the US.
