I don’t get it either. With nearly $900,000 in revenue...a manageable debt of $500,000...with no increase in shares
...and a profit...there are very few CBD companies out there with any profit...they have unsustainable debt...many with much more dilution. Many of these company’s share price is over .04. I don’t get it. Our share price continues to fall. Sure management could have done things differently, but UBQU is still profitable.

Perhaps cause of stock price decrease is

The Company's inability to timely ship their product to the consumer.
Although I still own 1000 shares of the stock (can't sell it because the fee to sell it is more than the stock is worth), I would love to see it increase, I have severe doubts about the stock

On Sept 2, I placed an order for a bottle of the drops, a sample of the caplets and planned on taking advantage of their "Free offer of the topical cream" with the order. After much complaining to the Company (very nice Customer service, but also crystal clear they were reading a well rehearsed scripted response), I actually received the drops and the sample caplets on Sept 24th (after requesting to cancel the order on Sept 21). As for the topical cream, it never showed up and since it was no expense to me, I no longer care.

From a consumer point of view who was purchasing a product for a medical application, I need reliable delivery after ordering. This company failed miserably on that. Their Customer Service Reps are fantastic, but the Company's ability to deliver the product in a timely manner, for me is very questionable.

As an Investor, knowing that a consumer may not return to purchase due to a Company's unbearably slow delivery times makes me question the longevity and profitability of a Company. Sure, one can "sell a lot of product" initially, but those sells are worthless if they cannot keep the Customer base. They have a beautiful web site and very easy to order from. They also have very responsive (both email and live on the phone) Customer Service representatives. However, their inability to provide reliable delivery of a product combined with their failure to even notify the Customer that there were delays, as a consumer, I will never return. As an investor, I find it discouraging if a Company can't generate repeat and/or follow-up sales due to inability to deliver product in a timely manner.

CBD products are a consumable good. As such, follow-up repeat sales is the life blood of any Company that deals in a consumable good. Failure to generate those repeat sales will ring the death bell of a Company. So those who question why the stock price is depressed, this is my personal opinion I have for the continuing drop of the Stock price.

FYI...because they have recently brought in someone to "generate positive online" advertising, I fully expect to see this post get deleted to avoid potential bad press. If it does or it don't, I don't care. The comment I make is based on my personal experience with the Company. I do hope that any others who may be doing business with the Company is receiving their orders faster than I did.
