...and I don't see that even happening at this level. It would only take this to around 1/2 cent. Not close enough for the new magic number of .01 for financing purposes.
Plus the fact that they said "may be as late as the end of next year".
And of course, they seem to be in no hurry to force the price up. Just building it slowly, it appears. (Better foundation)
