$20,000 would not in anyway shape or form cover three years balance sheet and two years P/L and Cash Flow. With this company, scope of work and amount of transactions, most likely that is 1/4 of the bill, which has to be paid before the Auditors Consent is released.

I agree with Anvil, if the issuer went to a Big Four or BDO or GT, they could expect $80,000 per year for three years of $240,000 ish.

If they went to a Salt Lake City, UT firm it might be $80,000 in aggregate.
