Why "an effort to increase shareholder value"?
I don't understand how what the words of a CEO, of a publicly traded company is proclaiming (with harsh punitive potential damages if falsely represented) should be considered and deemed as an opinion as fabricated information, to "increase shareholder value"?
Because he said he was "on the wreck" which evidence supports (artifacts found there)..and whether in hindsight was genuinely believed factual or not, although we're talking about recovering items from and pertaining to those from the bottom of the ocean, which is nothing short of looking for a needle in a haystack to begin with??? So, because he thought that at the time, anything further should be considered bogus?
Makes no sense whatsoever
