2.4 Billion to Blue Bull Venture B.V. Inc.

Leaves 500 Million DUTV SS most likely name change... attached at the hip

TORQ seems to be a QDRO for 5% ...guess since TORQ was absorbed, it represents 5% from all 3 possible destinations....

Now there is always the possibly you take the 500 Million DUTV left 10:1 to 50 million, 11 Million ENTI, 20.215 Million PTEL, 2 Million SREH now ABVG Divvy's and 20.4 Million Nasdaq Ready and merge them and or RM them to %0 Million and and 50 Million ENTI...someone is holding 47 Million Ally shares.

You get 103.6 Million shares ABVG fundamentals are listed at 103 Million shares 8.5 Billion Market Cap on 1.1 Billion in sales. 94.26% Institutionally owned.

That 5% of Torq really becomes Interesting then with those numbers...
