Absolutely nothing. First of all they haven’t even broken ground in Cali city and are still at least 1.5 years away from cultivation and harvesting actual marijuana. Secondly mj has not been rescheduled so even if mcig were growing mj right now, sales would be constrained to the State of California. They can’t export outside of California.

They’re faux construction is a disaster in the USA, no way Canadian mj ops would consult with a company that literally has NEVER completed a construction project from scratch. NEVER.

The Canadian market is saturated and cultivation is tightly controlled by the government. The only way for an American company to get a successful foothold there at the moment is thru an acquisition or partnership. It's more likely that the big Canadian players like Aphria and Canopy will acquire a US cultivator than the other way around.
