I hope you do understand that this company cannot exist in the future without a RS. It simply cannot raise enough cash with a stock price at 2 cents.

It sucks for shareholders, but without one, MP will cease to exist within 3 months. Especially with the holiday movie season about to hit and more and more people going to the movies. Which for a movie business should be a good thing, but not for MP.
