I haven't checked recently to make 100% certain but the low volume doesn't look like anything more that frustrated retail throwing in the towel. IMO that will change soon as Wright will not be able to service the debt with the dismal progress in the revenue department

I an not sure but I think the last issuances were in November of 2015
