Investors have been sold the idea that their hot circus garbage shares will turn into the Taj-Mahal over night. Clearly, investors are tired of the past 15 months of secretive silence involving: zero communication, zero plans, zero projections or just a simple reminder from management letting us know that they still exist. You can talk to your dog or cat and get a more of response than from Cardinal management.
