Courtrooms are public places.
I attended a hearing in person in the USBC for the Northern District of Texas. The case I was interested in involved a very small public company. Unless you were a lawyer, all cell phones had to be handed over before entering the courtroom. All I had to do after the judge approved the sale motion was walk out of the courtroom, pick up my phone and make my trade. I then posted the information on iHub. It should be noted that I still own the shares of what eventually became a worthless company again when the business plan failed. The company was renamed Performing Brands, Inc (PFOB).
If you need a competitive advantage on a larger case, just participate via Court Call. However, others will be doing the same thing.
