Yeah, it really is confusing.. and VERY STRICT.. Anybody operating without their State License will be SHUT DOWN. They are doing this already. Its good to see Bill and Team are doing it right.
The State License is a Blanket type Approval correct, but the business would ALSO require the Local Jurisdiction Approval (permits) to utilize the state license is the way i am understanding it.
