APRU has been issuing and selling Billions upon billions of new common shares over the last 4 years and did not report these sales publicly. Still hasnt. Nobody knows how many common shares have been issued, and are currently outstanding. APRU has been playing tricks with the share structure for years and hasn’t disclosed any of it....nothing. That’s a major problem. You can’t legitimately price each share when the quantity of common shares issued has been kept secret from everyone for the last 4 years. Ask yourself, what legitimate company would have an Authorized share count of 50 BILLION shares?
