starkd748 is right. US needs the current Farm Bill passed which will be at least a first step on the path to CBD* legalization Federally in the US.

As far as timing an entry into CROP goes, I cannot predict the price path for CROP. That is why I am scaling in gradually at various prices. My current average price is about $.27. Hoping for long-term gains here of over 300%. Just my personal price target currently.
