What are his good intentions? And why is a R/S necessary? Isn't he responsible for making a R/S necessary? As I said, he's driven the stock down from a high of $.50 to $.0001 in just 4 years. All the while, diluting the hell out of the stock by paying himself and his "consultants" with those shares. And for what? Revenue has been paltry.

Btw, has anyone done any research on Lovatt?
