These are the near term catalysts as I see them:

1)Regain NYSE Compliance. My take is that it's after the 10Q is filed for the 4th qtr in early Nov.

2)Update on cash received via warrants. Probably no PR on this, but will be in the management letter for the 10Q filing

3)Updates on LEAPs could be anytime

4) Update on 13F filings for Institutional investors. Tutes have until Nov 15th-ish to file form 13F
