Not to chime in, in an unrelated subject... but yes, housing will get killed in the next 10 months. Rates will go up again in December, and several of the FNMA adjustable a will go up at the same time. Then rates will go up again 2-3 times next year. Mortgages rates over the past 2 weeks have plummeted. And it’ll get worse.
