There is no doubt speculation in all of this no doubt. Hence the risk. I think the potential upside is laid out a little more in detail. The questions you ask are good. I wish I knew, I am sure the competition wish they knew. Other places like Voatz (who has /was sponsored by Overstocks Block Chain wing) has been slammed lately and Votem is only trying to do the same in Cleveland.
My hopeful guess is they are holding their cards close to win, and maybe because there is potential for some big name involvement beyond what we have. My pessimistic thought is that they are just starting blockchain talk and really don't have a plan.
