As far as “how it works”… maybe you should ask the Doctors at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine since they could probably explain it better than anyone on this forum. (not to sound negative about any of our knowledge levels) Even though you’d probably argue with them about their response as well.
As far as efficacy goes, maybe ask the overwhelming percentage of patients that have been given the treatments that have improved their #’s, but with NO adverse side affects…which is absolutely remarkable in the world of cancer treatments in and of itself.
Maybe you shouldn’t worry so much about how something works, just be thankful that it does and continue to believe in it. (and I really think that you do…that’s why you are still watching, reading and “keeping us real”)
