Knew I'd forget a few names. In mpxef's case there are two concerns, but I still like them. One is the Arizona issue, but as seen in Washington, the lobby is strong and should win. I talked to someone who works as a consultant to many of the players. Their impression of the lower level employees was very unfavorable. Does that mean the top is rotten? I don't know, but it's a slight concern and MAYBE explains the lack of movement. That lack is probably more due to the share structure, I would guess.
