Your lack of insight as to what is reality is confounding.

1. Naked short selling does in fact exist, it is an extremely well documented tactic, this stock was in fact on the SHO list for some time, if you dont know what this means then go educate yourself but dont come here be all obnoxious about it.

2. It has been stated many times that if they went to Cali 30 days ago, its unrealistic to think we will see news of a major studio contract until another 30-60 days has passed but you obviously think contracts with major studios should be inked and done in less than 30 days - whatever - naievete at its best.

3. Dont assume that your own dissatisfaction with the performance of a stock YOU CHOSE TO INVEST IN (according to what you say, which I am starting to doubt) is the what others are feeling, or that it is what causes the PPS to go up or down. There are a great deal more to what affects the PPS than your opinion or feelings.
