I'm pretty sure this company is partially dormant but the stock is on somebody's radar. Every time it gets to this price 30 to 50 million shares turn up at bid.
Most dormant stocks have no volume and hardly any interest. With this one it seems like somebody is expecting something, either a trading group moving it or a reverse merger. IMO.
So I keep it like a lottery ticket. I've held it for over a year now and it's gotten up to the. 0009/.001 range twice since I held it.
