Where do you exactly see dilution. This company has same share structure for years and they finance all with their profit and cash.

I'm sure the CEO is a smart guy in his field of expertise but he is one of those types who thinks the stock will move higher by putting out PR's that nobody knows about.Too bad really because I think it can run to $1.00 on just moderate buying.
