That is exactly what happened. If they would have accepted revocation, they could have come back in 6-12 months. Not now.

But why comeback to a totally diluted shell with incomplete financials and a $22 million default judgement.

Not to mention managents track record of failures and lack of aviation experience

IF he agrees to the revocation of baltia stock can he file for a new registration for USGlobal and bring along the existing shareholders. How long would that time frame take. You obviously work in the industry. Thanks.
