By SEC rule there has to be an 8k by the 18th, so I'd say there's a 100% chance it hits by or before then.


Company has 3 days from the date contract was signed to put out the 8k.

Not ready to through in the towel and start trashing the play just because we didnt get "flip news"....I bought more while folks was selling and posted my buys....would have bought more if I could have got 8's....Just hope the CEO does not miss an opportunity to get the attention this stock deserves....
