I figured they were in talks at some point before all these cases were reassigned due to the postponement. So let's see if they Show Cause. I would guess they will reiterate their earlier settlement.

Not over yet folks. If they survive this it would indicate to me they have some clout from some outside sources that some real heavies do not want exposed. You cannot trust these judges to do what is right. Parties can be guilty as sin but when ya got friends with dough rey mi who can buy the best and blind the rest. Wasa matta you? Yes, hard to tell. But it appears on this latest SEC statement that baltia was the only company the SEC has had correspondence with. We'll find out someday.

Exactly. Upon the May 7 notice, Baltia council contacted SEC about a so-called previously agreed upon settlement which, in my opinion, could have only been to get current with the financials.

This latest update basically says they have to show cause by 10/26, or else they will be revoked.

Game Over.

I'm not sure but those talks were quite a while ago before the initial revocation decision that was put on hold while they reassigned the case. Doesn't sound like Baltia has replied in any way since May at the latest and probably not since March or earlier.
