They have already brought 2 filings in the past few months. Believe me they want them out asap and are pushing it hard. But the company has done some work moving to new facilities , financing deals, lots of things that have to be assimilated and auditors won't be pushed..they have to be 100% sure they can defend their work.

It is in process and the full court press is on.

Lots of folks said they would never start dropping financials, much less audited financials..

But then.... AUDITED FINANCIALS dropped. At a serious cost.

They aren’t messing around.
