You must be relatively new to the game. I once shared your calm and reasonable optimism ignoring long timers who knew better.

For a micro cap company to suffer consecutive major declines in year over year revenue and provide no guidance for its legacy business is devastating. No amount of business experience or verbal acumen can hide that. Notice the huge price decline in the last 6 months. Beside Mr Guzy, there are no outside BOD in this company. Zero insider buying or share buybacks. Who will they blame for the selling now? Bigfoot?

I do agree there is no guarantee that the new Gizmo will be a sales success. I suggest you review the plans for the now infamous CPC bulb.

So what are your projections for Q 3? I'd be shocked if they even come close to 50% of last years revenues. Maybe $ 3.5 million
